The Nevada Adolescent Literacy Series is an invite-only event for regional leaders in Nevada. The series was commissioned by the Nevada Department of Education (Darl Kiernan) and Nevada Regional Professional Development Programs (Sarah Negrete, NNRPDP) in partnership with the Nevada Adolescent Literacy Network (Dianna Townsend, University of Nevada, Reno) and Reading Ways (Joshua Lawrence, CEO at Reading Ways, and professor at the University of Oslo).

The Nevada Adolescent Literacy Series connects educational leaders with science-based resources to help improve teaching, learning, and professional development across the state. Reading Ways carefully selects presenters who understand research, policy, and practice. Reading Ways also provided a forum for Nevada leaders to engage in online activities and discussions before and after meeting online.
