It takes careful analysis, rethinking, funding, and strategic planning to build a culture of literacy. Reading Ways program supports these efforts. We provide technical assistance where we examine the effects of interventions. Middle and high school leaders have few options that are at the highest tiers of evidence. Therefore, schools must be prepared to demonstrate a rationale based on high-quality research findings or positive evaluations of interventions. Having spent over two decades in academia, Dr. Lawrence offers his technical expertise to assist in identifying activities, strategies, or interventions likely to improve student outcomes.
At the school and district level, Reading Ways offers services needed to design and implement successful multi-tiered systems of support(MTSS). We can assist with data analysis, assessment, intervention, and strategic leadership across all the MTSS dimensions. At regional and state levels, Reading Ways can support initiatives to establish professional networks. Read more about the Nevada AdolescentLiteracy Series and Ohio AdolescentLiteracy Network.
