The Learning Platform

All schools, districts, and education agencies that partner with us are given access to our safe and secure online comprehensive learning management system.  This online learning system or platform was developed to address common barriers to the implementation of new teaching practices, such as time limitations, varying levels of teacher comfort with technology, and mixed interest or motivation in adopting new strategies in the classroom.

The primary purposes of the online learning platform are to:

  • Encourage frequent and authentic participation among teachers, instructional leaders, and Reading Ways staff as they engage with teacher course material
  • House research-based recommendations and adaptable classroom tools for integrating disciplinary literacy into everyday instruction in a way that is user-friendly, practical, and intuitive
  • Provide Site Leaders and administrators with key data points on literacy action plan rollout to monitor and adjust for greater impact across the school community

We get it, you're busy. That's why we made the Administrator Dashboard so that you can see your school's progress, track your teachers' participation, and download reports in Excel formats.

Growing a community of practitioners

The Reading Ways platform has experienced strong growth in users and engagement. This graph shows the total number of users on the platform since we lauanched with the original 8 users in April of 2020.

Get in touch to see how Reading Ways can help to bring high quality literacy practices to every classroom in your middle or high school.
